Terms and Conditions
1. Who We Are
Maxi Party is a UK-based provider of bespoke party decoration services, including balloon garlands, soft play, welcome stands, plush toys, and more. Based in Wembley, London.
2. Formation of Contract
A legally binding agreement is formed when:

A booking is confirmed via our website, email, phone, text, or direct message, and;

A deposit is paid.
**By paying the deposit, the customer confirms their booking and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.**
3. Bespoke Services

Maxi Party packages are custom-made.

Photos are illustrative only.

Final setup may vary depending on space, structural support and selections.
4. Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT unless stated.

Prices will not change after confirmation.

Maxi Party does not accept part payments or instalments.

Full payment is required on the day of the event, prior to setup.
5. Late Payment

Full payment is due on or before the event date.
-
Maxi Party reserves the right to withhold setup or services if payment is not received at the agreed time.

Late payments may incur a £25 per day fee.
6. Delivery, Setup, and Access

Delivery and setup are complete once items are installed or handed over.

The customer must ensure safe, timely access to the venue.
-
Delays may incur extra charges or result in cancellation without refund.
7. Outdoor Events and Weather
-
Maxi Party is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions.

If weather conditions make outdoor installation unsafe or impossible, we reserve the right to cancel, delay, or modify the setup.

No refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
8. Cancellation and Refunds

All services are bespoke and non-refundable once confirmed.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Maxi Party may charge the full remaining balance if cancelled less than 24 hours before the event.

Returns are not accepted unless items are faulty.

Refunds beyond this policy are at Maxi Party's sole discretion.
9. Force Cancellation by Maxi Party
In rare circumstances (e.g. staff illness, vehicle breakdown, safety issues), Maxi Party reserves the right to cancel a booking.

In such cases, we will offer a full refund of any money paid or reschedule the service at no extra cost.

Maxi Party will not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from cancellation.
10. Quality and Liability

All decorations are created with care.

Report any issues within 48 hours.
-
Liability is limited to the amount paid.
11. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate details and ensure access to the venue.
-
Ensure the space is safe for setup.
-
The customer is responsible for caring for Maxi Party items, including soft play equipment, plush toys, seat covers, and tablecloths.

Items must be returned in the condition they arrived.
-
Damage, staining, or loss may incur repair or replacement charges.
12. Customer Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maxi Party against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

misuse of equipment,
-
Failure to supervise children or guests, or
-
any third-party liabilities connected to the event setup.
13. Health & Safety / Damage Disclaimer

Once setup is complete, the customer is responsible for supervising all items.

Maxi Party is not liable for accidents caused by misuse or interference.

Damage to hired items will be chargeable.
14. Soft Play Safety and Use
-
Soft play is for children aged 1-5 only.
-
Adult supervision is required at all times.
-
Maxi Party staff are not responsible for supervision.
-
The Customer accepts full responsibility for safety during use.
15. Rescheduling
-
Rescheduling must be requested at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.
-
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once.
-
Less than 14 days' notice may be treated as a cancellation.
16. Travel Surcharge

Maxi Party is based in Wembley, London.
-
Bookings outside a 5-mile radius may incur a travel fee.
-
Charges will be communicated at booking.
17. Hired Venue Terms

The customer must ensure venue access and permissions
-
Maxi Party is not responsible for restrictions or delays imposed by the venue.
-
Venue-specific rules must be shared in advance.
18. Staff Presence During Events
-
Where applicable, Maxi Party staff may remain on-site.
-
Staff are not responsible for guests or children.
-
Supervision remains the responsibility of the host.
19. Cleaning and Damage Deposit
-
A refundable deposit may be required.
-
Returned within 5 business days if all items are clean, complete, and undamaged.
-
Deductions may apply for cleaning or replacements.
20. Equipment Return Responsibility
-
When items are scheduled for pickup after the event, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are kept secure, dry, and safe until collection.
-
Loss or damage during this time may result in additional charges.
21. Limitation of Liability

Maxi Party's total liability to the customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
-
We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost enjoyment or income.
-
This does not affect your rights where liability cannot be excluded (e.g. personal injury due to negligence).
22. Intellectual Property
All content, photos, and designs remain the property of Maxi Party and may not be copied or reused.
23. Data Protection
We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
24. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, illness, or other events beyond our control.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
26. Photography and Marketing
Maxi Party may photograph setups and use them for marketing (e.g. website, social media).
Booking implies consent.
